Keynote Performances
with Bruce Cryer

Creativity and Innovation

(RE)Connecting to Your Creative Voice is a powerful presentation for leadership teams, sales and customer service organizations, and trade associations who have recognized that continuous innovation has become the top priority for many organizations today. Innovation doesn’t just happen. It’s a direct result of the creative skill and talent of its people. Whether the need is to disrupt industries with new innovations, to solve complex problems, to initiate fun projects, to repair relationship challenges, to help others in need, or to simply to be the fullest expression of ourselves we can possibly be, creativity is needed in large doses!

Bruce’s unique, compelling, memorable “keynote performances” blend powerful story-telling and teaching with live musical performance – Bruce has taught at Stanford University since 1997 and his early career was spent as a “triple threat” actor/singer/dancer on Broadway. (Bruce is releasing an album of original songs called “Renaissance Human” in early 2018.)

Each customized keynote performance is based on the Renaissance Human model, developed by Bruce, which offers “5 Catalysts to Activate Creativity”:

  • Mindfulness
  • Movement
  • Nature
  • Playfulness
  • Artistic Expression

(These catalysts form the core of courses being offered through Stanford’s employee wellness program.)

Stress, Performance and Resilience

Transforming Stress into Resilience and The New Science of Peak Performance can reach any level of an organization which is seeing the negative impact of stress and overwhelm on performance and the resilience of its important asset – its people. The evidence is now indisputable that unmanaged stress is having massive consequences on organizational productivity and innovation, let alone the health, vitality, cognitive performance, and well-being of its people.

In this fun, engaging, fascinating presentation, long-time Stanford adjunct faculty, Bruce Cryer, will share powerful insights and tools to reduce stress, enhance resilience and boost performance.

Bruce’s 25+ years within the internationally acclaimed HeartMath organizations, included consulting to Fortune 50 companies, federal and state government, major health systems like the NHS, Kaiser, and Mayo Clinic, and dozens of other organizations globally.

Bruce is co-author of From Chaos to Coherence: The Power to Change Performance. His work on executive health and performance has been published twice in the Harvard Business Review. He has also been named one of the Top 50 Thought Leaders in Personal Excellence by Leadership Excellence magazine.

(A live musical element can be added to one of these presentations, as requested by each client.)
